The brief

The challenge

  • Direct Mail is a key component of Black Horse Finance's acquisition and retention strategy. This recent campaign sought to drive maximum responses for loan applications.

The solution

  • We developed a new 'Read and Print' technique which allows bespoke envelopes to be printed. With Black Horse, we were the first in the UK to commission this process.
  • Working with the proposition, 'money with your name on it', we were able to literally and visually convey this on the envelope, lasering each customer's name and address in a band across a stack of money.

The results

  • Results are commercially sensitive, but this project represents just one campaign in our 18 year relationship with Black Horse - testament in itself that our work consistently delivers strong returns.
